CONTRACT

My client a global IT Services company require a Wintel Engineer - Infrastructure / Gateway Design engineer to carry out detailed design and implementation (possibly including Proof of Concepts and Demos) for the a large projects Gateway programme.

The successful candidate is required to possess extensive experience of design/implementation of:

• Email guarding and content inspection solutions
• Web browsing/publishing solutions using secure products
• Remote Desktop Services solutions especially RemoteApp

Ideal Skills Required:

• SMTP Guards technology and configuration
• Web guards technology and configuration
• Windows Remote Desktop Services especially RemoteApp
• Windows 2008 R2 design, lockdown and configuration
• Windows 2016 design, lockdown and configuration
• Solaris 10 design and configuration
• Browser Technology and Configuration (IE, Chrome and Firefox)
• Ability to design, build and test own solutions using guidance provided by the design authority
• Providing design documentation within a template based environment.
• Ability to present design solution to the customer.

Desirable Skills Required:

• DeepSecure email and web guard technologies
• McAfee Web Guard configuration
• Firewall rules and configuration
• Cisco switch configuration and deployment
• LAN design and IP configuration
• Rack design and configuration
• Certificate requests and replacements

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
