An undisclosed client of ours is looking for individuals who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about their work and the value they create with their clients.

The successful candidate will be working alongside their National clients to solve our toughest problems and drive sustainable change. You will not be just be a thinker, you're a dooer, bridging the gap between creating a strategy and getting things done.

Due to the success of our client they are looking to expand their team by 2020 and recruiting for several Business Analysts at different points in their career.

Due to the nature of the role candidates must be eligible for DV clearance. It is strongly recommended that this is researched prior to application.

Your competencies and skills:

*Working with our clients, you will be able to define scope and business priorities for medium-scale changes independently assisting with determining the approach used.
*Good facilitation skills that enable team buy in to the scope and an understanding of the customer requirements in order to assist in the business change agenda.
*Demonstrable experience in using standard strategic Business Analysis and problem-solving tools, to investigate and clarify strategic goals and opportunities for the client
*Experience of using stakeholder analysis techniques to manage a wide range of stakeholders of different levels of seniority.
*Can conduct modelling activities across multiple business functions and can identify and analyse benefits.
*Will assume responsibility for managing and coaching others in the client and consultancy environment for eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements, ensuring consistency whilst adhering to the business objectives.
*Track record of delivery within a range of different techniques such as agile and waterfall
*Can lead a team that applies Lean / Six Sigma principles for medium sized projects
*Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders
*An ability to act quickly and flexibly, to ensure that issues are identified and acted upon before they become a problem.
*The ability to see the bigger picture and understand the client's needs and priorities.
*Facilitation skills, to help working-groups to develop solutions for their own challenges and create strategies for moving forward.
*Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
*Effective efficiency, able to employ appropriate administrative and organising skills.

About you:


*Obtained (or working towards BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis/IIBA® Accreditation
*A minimum of 3 years' experience
*Experience of delivering comprehensive and challenging analysis using techniques and formats communicable with clients
