Systems Integration and Test Lead

System Integration and Test Engineering Lead is required to be responsible for technical leadership and governance of the SI&T Capability User Case (CUC) Acceptance Team. The role of the System Integration and Testing team is to provide a body of test evidence and support design certification to demonstrate system compliance.

The successful candidate will have the below skills/experience:

Recent experience as a Technical lead/manager of a large Systems Integration and Test team.

Recent experience of Customer acceptance on a complex development programme.

Breadth of experience gained in roles that demonstrate technical leadership, the application of system engineering and integration skills and a track record of delivery.

Understanding and experience of implementation of governance process and procedures for an SI&T project.

Understanding of tactical network infrastructures including networks, radios, routers, switches and system management considerations.

Experience of defining, designing, implementing and executing test automation to reduce effort, costs and time.

Provided High Level of technical expertise and guidance to the SI&T team, specifically messaging and routing protocols, APIs, TCP/IP, UDP, including those applicable to wireless and wired environments.

Experience gained across all phases of the system engineering lifecycle.

Proven team builder, comfortable in providing leadership in the presence of uncertainty and unplanned change.

Candidates must be willing to undergo the security vetting procedure.
