If so, we are searching for someone like you to join our team of experts supporting NATO.   THE OPPORTUNITY We are actively seeking a highly personable and technically astute Technical Project Manager. The ideal person for this role will have experience supporting project management, policies, procedures, equipment, and database management within NATO, the MoD, the civil service, the wider armed forces or a defence organisation. You will be responsible for various tasks related to technical support. This work is located in Brunssum, Netherlands and will suit those either already living there or willing to work within that location unencumbered. Sound like a great fit? THE ROLE Your daily role responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Acts as CSSC point of contact for customers wrt NMI task related matters.
  • Responsible for overseeing and controlling the coordination and scheduling of all customer requirements task related activities.
  • Supports NMI customers in requirements’ fulfillment and responds to inquiries raised by NMI customers.
  • Performs liaison with all supply, production control, quality control, and technical personnel of CSSC.
  • Raises Service Interrupt requests before planned maintenance of NMI CIS assets, which will include the non-availability period and describe the work performed. 
  • Issues internal work requests on EBA system for NMI related tasks.
  • Makes inquires in Oracle for NMI related requirements and build related Internal Requisitions as required.
  • Manages ITSM tickets related to customer requests.
  • Keeps track of service KPIs and ensuring response and resolution times are iaw respective CIS support plan.
  • Assists in the administrative management, logistics coordination of CSSC projects, and ensures the effective processing of repairable equipment to contractors when applicable.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Passionate about this opportunity? Here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Experience in CIS Logistic Support, Resource or Project Management or equivalent.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CIS lifecycle, maintenance management techniques and/or integrated logistics support.
  • Experience in both logistics procedures and policies.
  • Good knowledge of Supply and production control principles and a minimum experience in supply.
  • Basic understanding of communications and electronics equipment and associated items.
  • Familiar with spreadsheets and database management.
  • Proven experience in customer support/management.
  • Previous working experience in CSSC areas like RMB and AMSB.
  • Experience with software packages like Oracle, ITSM and EBA.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NATO Secret Security Clearance
