Production Quality Engineer

They are seeking experienced quality/manufacturing professionals to deliver further improvements in quality to ensure standards for products and processes are adhered to and to contribute to a significant reduction in overall manufacturing costs.

Key Responsibilities
*To lead investigations and responsible for the management of function for RF Power
*Act as first line support for manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved at the Cell level by Manufacturing Technicians
*Validate processes using statistical techniques including Measurement Systems Analysis and Production Capability
*Assign ownership, develop action owner review and escalation process ensuring full root cause analysis and corrective actions (CA's) are completed
*Develop and implement KPI's
*Provide input to financial reports and budgets to support the overall Quality function

Desirable Skills & Qualifications
*BSc in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent level of experience
*Demonstrable experience in an engineering function in support of manufacturing
*A working knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly, manufacturing and test
*Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing philosophies
*Problem solving experience (8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis etc.)
*Capable of obtaining SC - Security Clearance
*ERP/SAP Systems experience
*Experience with inspection methods and equipment
*Experience in implementing product safety risk assessments and applying mitigation activities
*CI and Lean Manufacturing experience
*Project Management Experience
