SC Cleared - Remedy Administrator (Inside IR35)

As a Remedy Administrator, you will: 

  • Be responsible for maintaining the Remedy Change Management System
  • Apply corrective actions to Remedy incidents
  • Onboard new customers onto Remedy
  • Identify and resolve technical issues/problems with Remedy, its various interfaces and supporting tools
  • Continue to exploit Remedy in the form of reports, dashboards and KPIs to users
  • Complete a knowledge transfer to the existing staff member to promote BAU

 

 

You’ll have:

  • Strong experience in Remedy administration and engineering
  • Remedy System Administrator Certification
  • MyIT, Smart IT and Smart Reporting experience
  • Knowledge of BMC Atrium Integrator Spoon and BMC Remedy Data Import Tool
  • Strong SQL skillset
  • Knowledge of BMC web services to support integration activities
