Scrum Master

You will be an integral member, forming a team with a hands on approach. You will direct the development of your team to perform at their highest level. Offering support to successfully deliver the best solutions and development of the project. This is a people-centric position, as such you will be an influential leader and coach who manages by servant leadership, ultimately being responsible for process success.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Knowledge and/or experience of working within an agile software development environment.
• Technically focused, taking responsibility for software development and integration.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Confident skills and knowledge of servant leadership in order to garner respect from his/her team.
• Either holds or is eligible for SC and DV clearance.
