• Support the accounting for IT property in Brussels (BE) and The Hague (NL);
• Support the implementation of a logistics programme for the CSU in line with NATO & NCIA rules and procedures;
• Create property reports on regular basis or on request;
• Perform the yearly inventory of all fielded property on a ‘rolling’ basis;
• Report on activities;
• Represent the CSU IT Asset Manager for all matters of CIS property, when needed;
• Perform any other duty as assigned.

Skills knowledge experience:
· creation and use of asset management policies and procedures;
· use of automated asset management systems;
· application of applicable accounting standards;
· understanding the principles and practices of asset management in the public sector;
· knowledge of tools and techniques for asset verification;
· knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting;
· knowledge of the hardware life cycle;
· knowledge of software license management principles;
· ITIL v3 foundation or higher certification
