- As the Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for
- Generating the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Inventory forecasting for the Wales site and Engine product lines
- Weekly WIP forecasting
- Daily sales management
- Managing Inventory Queries
- Monitoring Inventory to KPI's
- The Inventory Analyst will be required to:
- Manage Inventory Sales process
- Manage Consignment Stock Contracts in tandem with the Sourcing Team
- Manage Inventory WIP & Stock forecasts
- Manage Inventory Reduction and Material Productivity Projects
- Co-ordinate Sourcing Contract Compliance across the Materials Teams
- Complete inventory KPI reporting including Slow Moving Inventory and Obsolescence reserves and mitigation actions In additional the Analyst will be required to:
- Analyse and prepare data solutions that allows the business to effectively manage working capital (Inventory) and supports operational and customer delivery needs
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements
- Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Works together with business leadership at SPB level. Specifies needs, drivers, and mitigation or improvement actions associated with inventory management
- Delivers products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or working to achieve this year or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Previous experience of SAP
