Lead Interaction Designer

Day rate is flexible

My Client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Interaction Designer, the role is based in Newport, South Wales and it is Inside IR35. The ideal candidate will have the experience required to carry out the following:
* take responsibility for translating and driving through findings from users into
design concepts, prototypes and production assets.
* work closely with development teams to ensure design is implemented correctly.
* deliver designs that meet the service standards, ensuring that key elements
are built in from the outset.
* facilitate user research (including observing and providing recommendations) and
then iterating designs based on the outcomes.
