Customer Trainer - EW: A major Defence company are looking to recruit An EW Customer Trainer at their site in Lincoln to be involved in the .development and delivery of EWOS training to UK and foreign students.

Customer Trainer - EW Responsibilities:
• Training course design and development.
• Transfer of knowledge and skills to students.
• Post course assessment and reporting.
• Liaison with project teams.

Customer Trainer - EW Requirements:
• Practical and theoretical knowledge and experience of Electronic Warfare (EW) and EW Operational Support (EWOS).
• Experienced user of MS software.
• Degree level or equivalent experience in an EW related discipline.
• Experience in Operational EW.
• Comprehensive understanding of military applications of the electromagnetic environment.

Desirable:
• Instructional Techniques qualification to Education and Training (E&T) level 3.
• Background in mission data production and testing.
• Knowledge of defence and / or commercial training standards.

The successful candidate will be required to achieve full SC clearance for this role!!!
