The Service Desk Analyst role will include:

* Being part of the Service Desk Team
* Incident Management
* Remote technical support of a wide range of hardware and software technologies.
* Service request fulfilment
* Service Asset and Configuration Management
* 1st level support of Business Systems
* Knowledge Management
* Problem Management
* Provision of excellent customer service
* Achievement of Service Level Agreement and KPIs
* Project and operational support, as and when required.
* Active contribution to the Continual Service Improvement Plan

Candidates will need to have prior experience working within a Service Desk environment providing first line support to Windows, MS Office and Bespoke applications. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and a familiarity with one or more call logging systems.
