Reporting to the Deputy MD, this position develops and maintains accurate programme schedules with programme and project managers across the business including facilitating a collaborative process with our customer across the UKMFTS Ascent programmes.
There is also a requirement to ensure the quality and accuracy of schedules, early identification of opportunities and risks within the schedules thus leading to a coherent, inclusive and realistic schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Planning Management
- To be responsible for the development and management of any programme plans and the production of analysis, metrics and reports against which the programme performances can be measured
- Develop and maintain plans; liaise with programme and functional managers on resource and capability utilisation/availability
- Ensure the schedule adheres to defined programme strategy/requirement, identifying opportunities for improvements
- Critical path analysis undertaken to facailitate de-risking of schedules
- Assess impact of schedule changes providing constructive challenge to assumptions and logic as required
- Provide expert input at planning meetings including TSIP reviews, protecting integrity of schedules and alignment to execution plans
- Maintaining quality requirements with regard to scheduling/planning across all Ascent programmes ensuring standardisation of outputs, compliance with regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure agreement to achedules across multi-functional areas, through timely communication and engagement
- Uphold partnering behaviours and participate in events as required

- Member of a recognised Scheduling bodies eg PRMIA, PMI or Primavera P6 EPPM advanced
