Duties:

• Support IT Modernisation PM by maintaining all project data within EPMS, ensuring CIRIS milestones up to date. [Project value multi 100s Euro]

• Support PM with resource planning and allocation including TAS. 

• Additionally, prepare briefings and reports to SLMB and programme board on ITM financial status and exception reports.

• EBA – Raise/Approve Purchase Requisitions and Travel Request on behalf of PM

• Coordination with FIN, PSO, NLO, HPMO for matters related to project planning and project funds.
 

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of MS Project 

• PRINCE2/PMPcertification 

• Oracle Financial System

• Knowledge of NCIA P3SM Tools and Processes 

• Knowledge of NATO business, particularly NSP 

• Agile project management
