Job role: Office Administrator

Location: Southampton

Contract: Initially until March 2020


The client is looking for an experienced office administrator to provide administrative assistance within the Software Asset Management Team

The officer administrator role profile:

*You will have a strong back ground in office administration and be able to clearly demonstrate where you have dealt with challenging demands and turnaround times.

*You will a good communicator and be able to demonstrate where you have applied different communication skills to meet the target audience.

*You must be able to demonstrate your skills in data analysis and accuracy of work.

*You also must be somebody who is quick to learn the use of different tools; and not be afraid to question processes and suggest improvements.


Technologies:

*Experience in Office 365 products, especially Excel.
