Are you a Network Engineer who has experience in setting up, developing and maintaining computer networks? Do you want to work for one of the largest Defence organisations in the UK? Advantage Resourcing has an exciting opportunity as a Network Engineer in Filton, Bristol.
The successful applicant will start on BPSS and be put through SC Clearance whilst in the contract.
The Network Engineer responsibilities will include
*Review of Design Documentation relevant to networks area.
*Completed Interface Specifications as allocatted (eg ELAs).
*Sub-system Data Flow Database.
*Layer 1 Network Configuration Database.
The successful Network Engineer will have an
*Understanding of Network design and delivery processes, including L3 switching and LAN/WAN routing.
*Understanding of Serial Communication Networks.
*Understanding of Network Traffic Management techniques.
*Understanding of Network Security Principals.
