ITIL Service Design Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

Our client require an experienced SC Cleared Service Design Delivery Manager to support their major IT programme. The off payroll legislation does not apply. Main aspects of the role will be to contribute to Service Design, Transition Management of new services, suppliers and BAU Service Delivery - both internal and external supplier services. You will have an appreciation of the technical aspects of infrastructure provisioning and the associated contractual and SLA's required to drive a cost effective and quality IT service. Indicative experience: ITIL v3 qualified to expert level ideally, Service Design, Transition management and Service Delivery of IT Services (Infrastructure), Manage and review performance of supplier services, adheres to company policies and procedures, drives and contributes to continuous service improvements and cost savings, Stakeholder management across the organisation up to senior level, Applies best practice service management tools and techniques, Manages risks and issues, Provides advice and guidance around service provision both internally and externally, Familiar with commercial/contractual aspects and associated SLA's, Excellent verbal, written & reporting skills and Team Leadership skills. SC Clearance or equivalent will be utilised as part of the role.
