Our client is a leading provider of digital technology within the private and public sector. Due to expansion and recent projects that have been won, they are currently recruiting for a DV (Developed Vetting) cleared Service Design Manager to offer support on a 9 to 12 month basis, potentially longer.
You must have a proven background in delivering Infrastructure based Service Design, working closely with Technical Architecture, Delivered Service and Service Transition to ensure Service Designers are fit for purpose.
Skills/Experience Required
- Production of Service Design Packages to include delivery of:
- Service Definitions
- Service Models
- Service Estimates and Charging
- Infrastructure Service Design experience
- Application Service design experience (desirable but not essential )
- Stakeholder Management
- Service Requirements gathering
- Service Impact Assessment analysis
- Experience of working with Projects
- Technical background / understanding (ideally infrastructure)
- ITIL V3
- Financial and Commercial awareness
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good written and oral communications skills
Applicants should have a background in Service Management with proven experience of Service Design and Transition in the Government/Defence/Ex Military sector.
In addition, it is essential that you hold valid DV clearance.
