Scrum Master

Are you a security cleared scrum master looking for your next challenge?

An undisclosed client of ours is currently recruiting for an experienced SCRUM master to work within a technical unit to set up and run SCRUM teams.

About you:

• Skills to be more aligned to coaching than technical skills
• Must have experience across a number of Agile techniques e.g. use of Kanban rather than Scrum where appropriate for the tea;
• Improve Agile ways of working; improve use of Jira and define and capture team metrics

Day to day responsibilities:

• Organise and run team meetings, planning sessions and retrospectives in line with Agile principles
• Responsible for management of the teams' Jira Project (knowledge of highlander would be desirable)
• Responsible for generating team metrics and tracking the teams performance
• Continuously evaluating the teams' ways of working to help them identify and deliver areas of improvement
• Facilitate engagement and feedback with relevant client teams who are building new capabilities
