About the role

Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Professional based at our site in Aberdeen. You will join a team that has vast experience in Engineering and provide professionally competent specialist services to the Oil & Gas Industry.

Using your experience, you will carry out all the duties of a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to deliver creative continuous improvement projects within our thriving business. This will be through structured strategy guidelines including Kaizen events and promoting an efficient & effective working environment.

This is a highly rewarding position working within a market leading engineering organisation. We support UK and international clients with a range of services and strive to be best in class across our various contracts.

What do I need to do the role?

  • Proven history effective continuous improvement projects.
  • Holding a Green Belt qualification as a minimum.
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Creative mind-set with a can do attitude.

What else do I need to know?

  • The role will be based in Aberdeen with UK travel
  • Oil & Gas experience is not a necessity, applications from all engineering domains will be welcomed
