Duties Role:
*Answering Service Desk phone calls;
*Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool;
*Provide 1 st level support to users;

Skills knowledge experience:
*Spoken English & French
* broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view
* MS workstation side products 
*Mobile workstations and communication means knowledge;
*Broad IT knowledge
* Knowledge of Service Management software (BMC Remedy)
