About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join the team.
There are 13 engineers in the total mechanical team which includes 1 apprentice and 3 contractors, which you will be working closely with. You will be customer facing and the role carries a lot of documentation also. You will be dealing with contract values ranging from £5-25m.

What do I need to do the role?
  • Customer facing skills
  • Good communicator and comfortable conversing with customers in writing, over the phone and face to face.
  • Baggage handling industry experience would be great but automotive or warehousing/logistics also relevant.
  • Revit experience would be a nice to have.
What else do I need to know?
  • There is a requirement to be on site with the client 1 or 2 days per week.
  • This role could be considered for flexible working.
