SHEQ Business Partner

Here at Babcock International we're looking for a SHEQ Business Partner to join our team based at Heathrow Airport. This is a varied role within Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Managing all aspects of SHEQ for a team of 140 people engaged in a 24/7 365 day operation.

You will be responsible for setting standards and bringing consistency for Information Assurance (Security), Quality, Wellbeing as well as relevant Health, Safety and Environmental matters;

Develop, rationalise and integrate processes and procedures/management to reflect the business / ISO requirements; Ensure the products and services provided are fit for purpose and meet relevant internal and external standards (legal compliance and customer expectations).

The role is pivotal in maintaining and improving the safety and resilience of the day-to-day operations and to ensure everyone is "Home Safe Everyday".

What do I need to do the job?

You'll need to have experience of
  • Risk assessments
  • Environmental standards
  • Safety, Workshop
  • Engineering Support
  • Chartered IOSH preferred but not essential

What else do I need to know?

  • This role will be based at Heathrow Airport
  • This is a permanent role
  • Working hours are 8 am - 4pm
