LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium
CLIENT: NATO
DURATION: until December with possible extensions
CONTRACT: Consultant

TASKS
• Answering Service Desk phone calls
• Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool
• Provide 1st level support to users
REQUIREMENTS
• Spoken English & French
• Droad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view
• MS workstation side products
• Mobile workstations and communication means knowledge
• Broad IT knowledge
• Knowledge of Service Management software (BMC Remedy)
