An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Engineer within Airbus Cyber Security in Newport, South Wales.

This role is available because of the expansion of the product support team and reports directly to Product Support Manager within Airbus Cyber Security.

Tasks

??? You will respond to customer queries and issues, where required investigating and reproducing the reported problems.

??? You will also visit customer sites with other members of the team to perform tasks such as investigating issues and installing upgrades.

??? The role covers multiple cryptographic products and requires working closely with other departments such as the sales, marketing, development teams, each day will be different.

We are looking for an entry-level/graduate with 0-2 years of experience in an engineering role. You need to be keen and enthusiastic to learn, have good problem solving skills, and strong communication both verbal and written. Training will be provided to you.
