- This role will own all activities relating to Customers and business performance for ROW region. Providing the necessary support on pre- and post- contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of contracts (including T&M).
- • You will be the ROW Regional P&L owner (including T&M customers)
• You will responsible for all work scope approval and contract execution within region
• You will build strong customer relationships to identify and cultivate sales leads whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
• You will own the regions network strategy and conduct gap assessmentsAdditional Responsibilities:
• As P&L owner you will plan and lead the approach of the ROW customer team working with Sales, and COM role to deliver value for the customer
• Coordinate field support/AOG response manage commercial actions.
• Monitor Business warranty strategy and escalate were necessary.
- • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
