AWE are recruiting for an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Tasking Co Ordinator on a permanent basis to work in the Information Enterprise Content Management (ECM) on site in Aldermaston.

As the Tasking Coordinator you will play a key part in coordinating and enabling the role out of significant Information capabilities and projects delivered by a highly skilled team of Office 365 Specialists and Information specialists.

Liaising with delivery teams as well as project stakeholders, other resource managers to ensure all tasks and deliverables are organised and that all customers and staff are informed where necessary.

Location - Reading area

Package - £25,000 - £35,000 subject to skills and experience

Closing Date - Monday 29th April 2019

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As Tasking Coordinator, your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Forward planning through effective communications of Information related projects. Engagement with stakeholders and resource managers to ensure demands to meet role out schedules are achieved.
  • Coordinating ECM related project processes with the Project Managers, Business Relationship Managers and Architects.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure ECM activities are reported on, time scales are scope creep are managed effectively.
  • Through co-ordination align with work streams for the ECM Team.
  • Completing administrative tasks relating to existing projects and work streams Maintaining efficient reporting mechanisms

The following skills would be highly advantageous:

  • A strong understanding of Project Management principles with associated qualification.
  • A good knowledge of O365 Microsoft applications, Specifically Planner, Excel & Project
  • Knowledge of Project Management software would be advantageous
  • Willingness to accommodate the needs of business when necessary
  • A strong understanding of Information Management principles
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A sense of ownership
  • Initiative & leadership
  • Great communicator - able to translate complicated subjects in a simplistic manner
  • Experienced, confident and comfortable working in a technical environment, confident liaising with customers and stakeholders via skype for business, email, telephone and face to face meetings.

The ideal applicant must be willing and able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
