Job Details
It's an exciting time to join HR at AWE. We've adopted new ways of working, implemented new HR systems and there is still more that we want to achieve. We are currently seeking an additional Reward Analyst to join our team.
As a Reward Analyst you would provide analysis to support the delivery of all aspects of remuneration, including benchmarking, job evaluation, pay and bonus annual review, benefits and executive remuneration. The majority of the work in this role is analytical and data orientated but will also require strong relationship building skills and some stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities:
· Provide analysis to support the Reward and HR function, and deliver relevant, commercial and effective solutions
· Support annual pay and bonus cycle, completing salary benchmarking and relevant data analysis/data research
· Provide analytical support to reward initiatives and projects
· Provide compensation market data research for internal and external benchmarking activities
· Prepare material to support engagement with senior management on reward topics
We are looking for the Reward Analyst to have:
· Understanding and experience of the reward agenda including salary, bonus and benefits
· Experience of working within a reward or HR team
· Experience of delivering projects in an HR environment
· An analytical mind
· Strong/advanced ability in Microsoft Excel. Needs to be able and enjoy working with and manipulating large volumes of data. Ability to work with formulas, v-lookups, and graphs essential
· Knowledge of managing/analysing data using the Workday platform - preferred
