Quality Information Systems Support Engineer

A Quality Information Systems Support person is required for an initial six month assignment based in Stevenage.

To provide business/user support in the Product Non-conformance Management and reporting tools (SAP's Quality Module / Business Warehousing Solutions / Google Analytics)
 Deliver training programmes from a variety of settings; classroom; workshops and one to one tuition.
 Work with operational managers to develop and plan training programmes to meet the needs of the system users and to ensure suitability of content and materials.
 Evaluate training approach to ensure effective delivery and training objectives are met
 Work with the operational team to ensure changes are implemented and handed over appropriately and ensure updates are made to operational procedures and user support material.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / QUALITIES:
 Relevant experience in supporting Quality or Information System activities within an Aerospace / Engineering environment.
 Experience in developing and delivering training and support packages to operational users.
 Experienced user of the Quality Management Module within SAP
 Excellent command of the English language
 Excellent people skills
