DV Cleared Incident Manager required to work on a highly secure site in the Reading area.

For this role you will be managing the Incident Management process across the company - this includes measuring performance and working on improving the recovery time as well as escalating issues when necessary.

As part of the DV Cleared End-to-End Incident Manager role you will be building lasting relationships with various departments and stakeholders.

Incident Manager essential criteria:

Due to the high level of security clearance needed to enter the site, it is required that you have active DV clearance.

Skills required:

• ITIL.
• Previous experience in IT Incident Management.
• Process improvement knowledge.
• Strong presentation skills.
