Intelligence Analyst - Permanent - Gloucestershire - Excellent Salary - DV Cleared

Our client, a management consultancy firm is looking for a number of Business Analyst and Change Management Consultants to support clients within D&S sectors. The roles will cover a mixture of portfolio, programme and project management from pre-concept to delivery phases within a highly complex and technical environment.

Essential skills:

Providing business analysis / change management knowledge, theory, experience and good practices especially with supporting teams
Experience in influencing, negotiating, communicating with, providing strategic advice to, and collaborating with all levels of stakeholders including senior executives, directors, managers and junior staff
An excellent understanding of how people and organisations go through a change and the change process across Government
Master of developing and seeing the worth of creating strong stakeholder relationships, flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively at ALL levels
A team player able to work collaboratively with and through others
Recognised and certified qualifications in Programme/Project Management skills/methods (e.g. MSP, Business Analysis, Business Change, SaFE, Benefits delivery) desirable

Desirable skills:

Recognised and certified qualification in Prosci
An understanding of MOD (JFC & DE&S) procurement processes
