My client has a legacy desktop application written in Delphi which they want to migrate across to a new web based technology stack. There are three parts to the project:
1.Produce a product suitable for initial testing: the project is part way through completion, the client have some of the framework and components already in place - but need someone to review what's already been done, finish off the framework and tie it all together. This should produce a minimally useful set of functionality that can be extended and built upon in a modular fashion.
2.Identify task based processes from the old MIS system and migrate this across so that the end result is a new MIS that can be used in parallel with the old one for certain tasks.
3.Migrate any other remaining functionality across and decommission the old system.
