The Role

The successful recruiter will be responsible for sourcing the best possible talent for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering recruitment projects from small discreet pieces of work to complex recruitment campaigns. You will ensure that these are delivered on time, to cost and to an exceptionally high standard. You will be expected to build lasting relationships with candidates, clients and internal team members.

The Team

You will be joining an established and supportive team made up of senior recruiters, recruitment consultants and resourcers. The team has a real work hard ethic and enjoy supporting each other to be the best they can be.

The Location

The DSR recruitment team are based in Central London with fantastic transport links to the rest of the city and Home Counties.

About You

You will be pro-active, results driven, have excellent written and oral communication skills, experienced in a recruitment role, have a confident phone manner, be able to foster relationships with new and existing clients, a team player and a creative thinker.

Due to the nature of the clients we work with you must be eligible for DV clearance. It is strongly recommended that you research this prior to application.
