About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Training Delivery Trainer (Royal Navy Leadership Academy).
Your main requirement will be to consistently deliver high quality training to RNLA Students in accordance with formalised training documentation and in line with Company standards and contractual requirements. There is an enduring need to be ready to multi-skill and work flexibly across roles and tasking within the Warfare Department, as commensurate with brought in skills, and/or as augmented by internal training.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to be qualified in/be prepared to work towards and achieve DTTT Level 4

You'll need to be qualified in/be prepared to work towards and achieve DTTT Level 4
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
- Armed Forces training in SJAR/ Terms of Service or equivalent (successfully completed)
- Instructional experience in a military environment (in last 5 years)
- Undertaken Divisional Officers Course (successfully completed)
- Hold Management Qualification
- Military experience.
- The main place of work will be HMS Collingwood; however, some travel may be required between FOAP(T) delivery sites within the UK on a temporary basis
