About the role
Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to provide statistical analysis and business proposals to maximise the efficiency of training facilities. Babcock provide training services to the BMW group based just outside Reading and they require a Data Analyst to evaluate new and existing business report requests, gather requirements and visualise data into business solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing forecasts to the Academy to maximise potential business opportunities and track specific target areas of data which you would maintain in MS Excel spreadsheets
  • You will also be providing proactive methodology and solutions to break down complex sets of data into workable documents.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have a proven background as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst with strong Excel skills and ideally have experience using VBA however this is not essential. You will be interfacing regularly with BMW Academy Managers and internal teams regarding your analysis so excellent communication skills is essential.

What else do I need to know?

  • Babcock are one of the largest training providers nationally, managing a portfolio of some of the largest contracts. You will be an integral member of the team and have the opportunity to gain exposure to important work within a globally positioned premium automotive brand
  • You will work a 37.5 hour week Monday-Friday with flexible start and finish times
