About the role
Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Typhoon Data Management Controller to provide technical support to the storage and aircraft maintenance programmes at RAF Shawbury.

Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
  • Preparation for storage
  • In storage maintenance
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of faults
  • Cannibalisation of components
  • Engineering Instructions and the recovery of aircraft from storage, including carrying out any penalty maintenance

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to have a formal aircraft Avionics or mechanical engineering training/apprenticeship, extensive aviation experience, supervisory experienced, in-depth ESS and IMS experience and experience working on Typhoon Aircraft.

What else do I need to know?
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
