Test Manager (SC Cleared) - London - 6 Months contract - £500PD

Looking for a SC Programme Test Manager who will work on producing Test Strategy, Test Approach, defining requirements and High-Level Design.  Largest transactional program ever for the client, 4/5 year plan, they currently have 50 people working on this program now.  The candidate must have experienced in:

• Building of Infrastructure
• Full set of test environments
• Building a Dev pipeline
• Have experience of Programme Test Management in the Banking Industry
• Requires very good stakeholder management skills
• View to shift left as much as possible
• Expected to be a mixture of Agile and Waterfall methodology
• The client is keen on good project and test governance
