Team Objective
To provide an agile recruitment service to our client, which delivers the best talent to our client.

Role Objective:
Based offsite, responsible for ensuring a pipeline of suitable CVs are available for our client's live vacancies
and talent pooling requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, providing
recruitment expertise, coordination and support through all stages of the process, ensuring Capita deliver
outstanding levels of service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Duties

* Be committed to the success of your team and therefore the company as a whole.
* Take and log phone calls, post and email enquiries from candidates.
* Process and submit enquiries back to team within timescales set primarily by the Requirement Lead or Delivery Team Lead.
* Follow up referrals and pass on details to the relevant consultant.
* Email and call candidates with information regarding relevant vacancies.
* Place jobs online and call candidates from database.
* Meet relevant candidates and interview accordingly.
* Once a candidate has been submitted to a client ensure they are fully prepared for interview.
* On Site Client liaison.

Candidate Sourcing

* Own the sourcing of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
* Post job adverts
* Maintain accurate information on the candidate database (ATS)
* Deliver shortlists of candidates through to the appropriate account manager within the agreed timescales
* Provide regular status updates to the Requirement Leads
* Attend client meeting as required
* Attend internal team meetings to update on progress.

Candidate Care

* Manage expectations of candidates and provide regular updates on progress
* Spot and escalate any candidate related issues

Compliance/Legislation

* To keep up to date on all legislative obligations prescribed by TRACS
* Understand both the internal and client security processes and ensure compliance

Experience/Skills:

* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
