1st & 2nd Line Desktop/Deskside/Service Desk/Support Engineer
1st & 2nd Line Desktop/Deskside/Service Desk/Support Engineer (Windows 10, O365, MS Office 2010, Citrix, Windows 2008 R2) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- 2nd Line BAU remote & face to face Microsoft support experience
- Must have financial services or banking sector experience
- Experience of supporting as many of the following as possible: Windows 10, MS Office 2010, Office 365, Windows 2008 R2 Server technologies, Active Directory, SCCM
- Understanding of ITIL processes
