About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Internal Training Quality Assurance Controller to implement and conduct training audits throughout the Emergency Services Business Unit and ensure all staff have accredited training and assessment qualifications
You will conduct training quality audits in line with business needs and funding requirements. Report on quality audits. Delivery of ISO 9001 working practices. Delivery of Teaching and Assessment qualifications to OFSTED standards
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need IQA experience within the apprenticeship forum and be able to deliver qualifications in Teaching. If you hold a NEBOSH certificate it would also be a benefit.
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

• Relevant quality assurance qualifications or relevant experience
• Level 3 in Education and training and Assessing/IQA
• Conducting training quality audits in line with business needs an funding requirements
• Reporting on quality audits
• Delivery of ISO 9001 working practices

Lastly, you will need experience of the delivery of Teaching and Assessment qualifications to OFSTED standards
What else do I need to know?
You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role and will also need to complete a medical assessment
