Senior Commercial Officer

Salary £32,000 Per Year + additional benefits

Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Officer supporting the whole commercial organisation where you will be required to provide commercial support to all matters and for new growth opportunities.
You will be providing commercial support for all matters in terms of negotiations and any changes of contractual issues.

What do I need to do the role?
You will need to be confident with the credibility to influence at a senior level along with having the drive and energy to be able to deliver at speed.
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of the following area:

• Support development of new contractual documents including Confidentiality Agreements, Teaming Agreements and Consultancy Agreements
• Provide appropriate governance guidance to the business unit
• Provide administrative support to the commercial organisation including documentation management and governance requirements
  

What Else do I need to know?

• This role could be considered for flexible working.
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role
