Requirement and Technical Manager

LOCATION: The Hague

Clearance: SC or NATO Secret

SALARY: Negotiable daily rate

TASKS:

• Support NCOP interfaces requirement definition and validation phase through technical documentation review, user workshops and acceptance & testing events
• Support requirement definition process and scope definition for NCOP Increment 2 project through technical documentation production, reviews and user workshops
• Support the execution of the NCOP Inc2 project in all technical aspects from requirement engineering to validation phases
• Support the ACT Programme of Work for the C2 domain and Multi-domains
• Any other technical duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• High proficiency in written and spoken English (mini 3333 in accordance with NATO proficiency standards)
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in analysis, design, system engineering, integration and implementation of Military C2 Systems and BMD-related systems
• Knowledge of existing and future NATO C2 systems
• Experience in definition, development and execution of workshops and experiments
• Experience in completion of a NATO Type B Cost Estimate (TBCE) of a NATO Functional System, including development and management of corresponding business and technical requirements
• Experience in analysis and specification of business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in development of Ballistic Missile Defence (BMD) enhancements to a NATO Functional System and in development of FAS deployability requirements applicable to any NATO Functional System
• Experience in leading the development of software and use of prototypes and mock-ups to support requirements elicitation and analysis in the NATO environment (BMD in particular)
• Experience in participation of large-scale NATO exercises (such as CWIX, CWID, JPOW or BMD ET) while supporting the usage of a NATO Functional Service
• Ability to produce technical documentation (e.g. reports and specifications)
• Ability to coordinate and work with representatives from the operational community
