The driven and dynamic team provide ISO20000 accredited support services for a number of public and private sector customers. Whilst this role is predominantly a Technical Support role, the successful candidate will also have a good understanding of application development principles, and to have experience of development, maintenance and deployment of software.

Working with service delivery and project teams, responsibilities and skills include:

• 2^nd and 3^rd line application support
• System build and release management and support
• Strong VB.NET, SQL Server 2012, web services, SOAP/XML experience
• Knowledge of:
  • Unix/linux, SQL & Powershell scripting, Cloud Computing
