The purpose of the role is to manage and deliver comprehensive personal assistant support to the MD and the Leadership Team Directors. The role will have one direct report, which will require coordination and workload management to ensure the delivery of the necessary support to the MD and LT Directors.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for the MD and LT Directors
- Manage via the Ascent values and build the reputation of Ascent
- Line management of a Personal Assistant to deliver effective and efficient personal assistant services for the MD and LT Directors
- Management of the LT schedules to include meetings, travel and expenses
- Management of Ascent Proprietary, Supply Chain Proprietary and UK MOD Classified Data
- Effective relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders
- Management of internal and external correspondence, production and distribution of Ascent materials to include Board Packs and Programme Reviews and management of local office consumables
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
- >3 years PA experience at MD level
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships within a commercial business setting at senior levels
- Highly proficient in MSOffice and other COTS business products
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities under time pressures
- Ability to self-manage
- Ability to first line manage in a collaborative coaching environment
Desirable:
- Leadership of personal assistant team(s)
- Experience of large scale UK Defence programmes and organisations
