Service Transition Manager

Job role: Service Transition Manager ( SC Cleared)

Location: London or Bristol

Contract: Initially 6 months (Inside of IR35)


The client is looking for an experienced Service Transition Manager to work alongside a team including PM, Business and financial Analyst(s) and Business Change Managers and manage a team responsible for providing a high level of service delivery and contribute towards the achievement of the strategic objectives.

The Service Transition Manager will be required to run workshops gathering information to document Services and Service Management Processes.

The role will to review and where necessary create Service artefacts where they do not exist as well as process design and implementation.

The contractor should be an expert and experienced in Service Design, Transition and CSI and be experienced in ITIL processes ideally to expert level (ITIL v3) as well as experience in merging of Business Units and process implementation.
