About the role
Here at Babcock we are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant on a permanent, full time basis.
This role offers a generous salary and is ideal for a candidate that wants to leave agency recruitment.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to have extensive recruitment experience, be results driven, have an understanding of Employment Law and if you are qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent i.e. in Business Management/Human Resources, this would be beneficial.

- Experience of processing applications, admin, recruitment systems, research, pre selection and psychometric testing
- Achieving and exceeding SLA's
- Operating within Employment Law
- Running and supporting assessment centres
What else do I need to know?
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
