Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Sourcing Fulfilment Lead manages the material fulfilment process for a given Programs/Suppliers specifically focusing on a 13 week window. Working in conjunction with the respective Materials Lead and Operations Lead this role will focus on giving material commitments through clear supplier commits to meet agreed output BU. Roles available in Power (EPMS), Power (Apache, Gulfstream, ELMS) and Avionics
Essential Responsibilities:
    The Sourcing Fulfilment Operations Lead will have responsibility for work that is less defined in scope and utilise expertise to execute business objectives & effect short term & long term business goals.
  • Provide advance warnings on perceived supplier delivery issues that could impact business goals and work collaboratively across the business to resolve/mitigate risk.
  • Attend daily BUCC and provide operational update
  • Run weekly "Fulfilment 13 WK CCC" with team - Track Metrics
  • Liaise with Material Leads for 13wk MHV (Material Health View)
  • Point of Escalation from Senior Fulfiller/Fulfilment Specialist
  • Oversees RMA's for Program and develops metrics and scorecards accordingly
  • Manage & resolve escalations and provide timely updates on issues raised by Fulfilment team
  • Co-ordinate with Cell Production Planner to ensure WO release are aligned
  • Co-ordinate with Buy/Fulfil to drive priorities/resolution on commits
  • Ensure standardized approach to 13 week MHV (Material Health View) within Fulfilment for assigned programs
  • Attend Deep Dives specific to assigned programs
  • Drive CTL (Clear to Launch) to achieve Site and Sourcing G&O's
  • Ensure engagement and participation in change note review & sign off
  • Liaise with Material Health Leader to agree suppliers to be escalated to Supplier Recovery Lead
  • Provide weekly metrics to demonstrate and drive individual and team performance.
  • Closely monitor supplier performance to plan and work with suppliers to manage any required recovery plans/actions.
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews/meetings as required
  • Expected to travel globally up to 25% of the time (or as business requires) for supplier recovery visits/meetingsThe above is not an exhaustive list of duties and there is an expectation of flexibility on roles and responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Ability to demonstrate high performance within a Sourcing/Fulfilment environment
  • Additional experience within Quality and/or Operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP
  • Ability to mentor, train and develop better processes
  • Strong customer mind set
