Job Details

Operation STOVEWOOD is the largest investigation in non-recent child sexual exploitation (CSE) undertaken by law enforcement. The NCA is leading on this major independent investigation into non-familial child sexual exploitation and abuse in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and we are growing the team to ensure that we continue to focus on the needs of the victims and survivors, while also driving forward our enquiries as quickly as we can. 

The ideal candidate will support the objectives of the investigation by processing, researching, interpreting, evaluating, recording and cross referencing all documentation entering the MIR. This role also involves providing advice on legislation, policy, research and tactical options to assist the investigation and building good working relationships with both internal and external partners. 

The successful applicant must have a working knowledge of the HOLMES managed major and complex investigations and possess the ability to assess, interpret, link and summarise complex data. IT skills and experience of researching a range of databases will also be required.
