Our public sector client based in Corsham has an immediate requirement for an experienced Security Cleared Commercial Manager to support the Head of Commercial on a 6 to 9 month basis.

You will be working collaboratively with subcontractors and colleagues to ensure a consistent and quality delivery of a cost effective and customer focused service, and will be responsible for the following:

Drafting, development and preparation of tender related documents including:

  • Statements of Requirement
  • Business Cases
  • Tender Evaluation Plans
  • Requirements of Response
  • Technical Questions
  • Sensitivity Analysis
  • Price Matrix
  • Conflicts of Interest Management Plans

Managing the commercial performance of all projects and contracted activities
Assessing the existing commercial landscape and looking at the impact on programme delivery
Designing and implementing approaches to ensure effective delivery of the right outcome for the department
Leading on supplier integration with regards to relationship and cost impact upon the department
Clarifying the ability to terminate current contracts, working with programme finance leads to understand impact and realisation of any potential benefits
Managing the impact of existing commercial financial models

Suitable candidates must be MCIPS qualified and have relevant experience, ideally within the public sector and be able to demonstrate the ability to renegotiate existing contracts.

Valid Security Clearance is essential for this role.

You must also be immediately available or on a notice period of no longer than a week.

Please note, this contract operates within IR35 so rates are based on working through an umbrella company
