- Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources across the site.
- Leadership role to execute on site wide projects that relate to both internal and external customers Ensures project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately identified and integrated into project planning scenarios Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions Presents projects plans, technical, roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders Develop Strategy for own function and provide the framework of a strategic plan for the business unit Operations excellence, policy deployment, future factory vision expertise Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections/ reports on projects
- Degree from an accredited university or college Proven years of experience in Project Planning Experience of policy deployment
- • Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
